How does PFS collect my personal information?

Among other times, we collect your personal information when you retain us as your trustee, provide us with income, liability, and asset information, tell us about your investment or retirement portfolio, seek advice, provide employment and account information, give us your contact information or pay us via a check, make a wire transfer or money movement authorization or share your government-issued ID or your driver’s license.
