Ken Kleban was a partner for 45 years at the international law firm of Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner LLP, a firm with more than 1400 attorneys spread across 31 offices in North America, Europe, the Middle East and Asia. In the first half of his legal career, Ken specialized in tax matters representing closely held businesses, well known St. Louis-based large corporations and high net worth families. A large part of Ken’s practice involved estate, income tax and succession planning. At the firm’s request, Ken changed the focus of his practice in the mid-1990s to resolving multi-billion dollar Federal income tax controversies for Fortune 100 companies. Ken continued to work closely with estate and tax planning attorneys to ensure that his clients received state-of-the-art advice.

Steve has served on numerous boards of charitable organizations, including the St. Louis Community Foundation, the Endowment Council of the St. Louis Art Museum, and the Legacy Council for the Donald Danforth Plant Science Center.
